1. Acceptance

By using MyFam, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What MyFam Does

MyFam is a family coordination tool that helps manage schedules, tasks, and communication through an AI assistant (Fammie) via web, WhatsApp, SMS, and voice.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for your account and the activity under it. Keep your credentials secure. The family admin manages members and settings.

4. Your Data

You own your data. We use it only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. AI Assistant

Fammie is an AI assistant. Responses may not always be accurate. Do not rely on Fammie for medical, legal, or emergency decisions.

6. SMS / WhatsApp Messaging Terms (AgentFam)

Program name: AgentFam, operated by MyFam.

Program description: AgentFam sends transactional SMS and WhatsApp notifications to family members who have opted in. Messages include calendar reminders, task alerts, schedule updates, and an optional daily morning summary delivered by an AI assistant called Fammie.

Message frequency: Frequency varies by family activity. Most members receive a few messages per week.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Carrier rates vary; contact your wireless provider for details.

How to opt in: See the AgentFam messaging program page for the full opt-in flow.

How to get help: Reply HELP to any AgentFam message for assistance, or email rgoolio32@gmail.com.

How to opt out: Reply STOP to any AgentFam message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a final confirmation and no further messages will be sent to your number.

7. Termination

You can stop using MyFam at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
